This Agreement is established between Functionelle, a Limited Liability Company operating within the State of New York (“Functionelle,” “we,” “us,” and “our”), and you (“you” and “your”). By availing yourself of Functionelle’s services and/or interacting with Functionelle’s website or social media platforms, you acknowledge and consent to this Disclaimer.

2. Affiliate Links. It is important to note that every recommendation or link provided is based on products or services that Functionelle deems potentially valuable to our audience. 9. General Legal Provisions. Choice of Laws and Venue. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, and all claims are to be exclusively submitted to the state’s courts. Severability. If any terms are found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Entire Agreement. This Agreement supersedes any prior agreements between the parties.
